Winthrop is a Community, Built on Purpose
On 148 acres of former dairy farm in Riverview, Florida, three generations of the Sullivan family have been designing and building a town from scratch. Not a subdivision. A town — with a main street, a common green, small shops above apartments, and homes on porch-lined blocks.
Winthrop is what new urbanism looks like when patient capital, a family's vision, and a quarter-century of design iteration meet on the same land.
