We're proud to announce the first-ever Winthrop Restaurant Week taking place September 17-27, 2026!
Visit the Restaurant Week Page
Restaurant Week will be 11 days featuring 8 neighborhood spots - including 7 Winthrop restaurants as well as The Patio at Winthrop Liquors. Each spot is putting together a special menu that they'll only offer during Restaurant Week. During the week, you can order off the restaurant's regular menu or off of the special menu for the week.
Behind the Scenes
For several months, the owners of these 8 independent, small-business restaurants at Winthrop have been quietly meeting to launch Restaurant Week - a creative way to build community, get to know your local chefs, and support family-owned restaurants. The effort is organized by Sarah Sullivan Xiong of Winthrop and Carla Sirois of Himes Breakfast House.

Dine Local
Nearly all of the restaurants at Winthrop are local, independent, or family owned and operated. Three of the owners participating in Restaurant Week actually live in Winthrop or the surrounding neighborhood - and can literally walk to work! In a time of tremendous competition and corporatization in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Winthrop Restaurant Week is the opposite - a celebration of neighborhood restaurants coming together to actually support one another, and a chance for customers to dine local.

The Menus
Check out the prix fixe menus that Acropolis and Cali are offering - with an appetizer, entree, and dessert for a set price - $29.99 and $26 respectively. Cappy's is offering two off-menu pizza specials: a BBQ pulled-pork pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza. Donovan's is featuring several elevated dishes like steak tartare for $20 as well as a braised short-rib entree for only $35. Tutto Tavola will offer a complete list of special menu items for Restaurant Week, including multiple antipasti, insalate including a burrata salad, piatti speciali including chicken marsala and beef braciole with pasta, as well as dessert. Longshots (which just opened) will feature crispy Korean pork belly with chips and a double Wagyu smash patty with croissant. Himes Breakfast House will feature a number of unique specials.
The Patio at Winthrop Liquors is featuring five signature cocktails - including a Plum Toffee Old Fashioned with 13th Colony Mulberry-Finished Bourbon and plum bitters, and the September Social with Wheatley Vodka and pear puree syrup, topped with prosecco.
Restaurant Week menus are available anytime the restaurants are open during their normal business hours. Check back for updates; menus subject to change.
